Digital Dental Surgery
Technology & Precision
Four pillars that define every treatment
Total Digital Planning
Every case begins with a CBCT and an intraoral scanner. The planning software allows us to position each implant virtually, anticipate the final prosthesis and design the guide before touching the patient.
Prosthetically Guided Surgery
The position of each implant is not dictated by available bone, but by the final prosthesis. We always work from the restoration back to the implant, guaranteeing axes, emergence profiles and aesthetics from day one.
Conscious Sedation
Overcoming dental fear is possible. Conscious sedation allows complex surgeries to be performed in a state of deep relaxation — without general anaesthesia and with immediate recovery.
Immediate Loading in < 1h
Thanks to prior planning, the provisional prosthesis can be fabricated before surgery. The patient arrives without teeth and leaves with their new smile in under an hour.
From image to implant,
with no margin for error
3D Diagnosis
CBCT + intraoral scanner. Overlay of radiological and optical data to create a complete digital model of the case.
Virtual Planning
Implant positioning in specialist software (CoDiagnostiX / RealGuide / Exoplan) with simulation of the final prosthesis.
CAD/CAM Guide Fabrication
Dual-anchor surgical guide — mucosal or bone-supported — printed or milled with tolerances of ±0.1 mm.
Surgery + Immediate Loading
The guide dictates every drill, every depth, every axis. The provisional prosthesis — already fabricated — is delivered on the same day.
Because the entire surgery is planned to the millimetre, chair time is drastically reduced. Less intervention time means less swelling, less post-operative pain and a noticeably faster recovery.
Surgery without anxiety
Conscious sedation is our clinic's standard. It is not just about comfort: it is a controlled clinical environment that improves surgical outcomes and makes it possible to treat patients who previously refused surgery.
- The patient remains conscious and cooperative, without remembering the procedure.
- Allows several surgeries to be performed in a single session, optimising time.
- Ideal for patients with dental phobia, gag reflex or high sensitivity.
- Immediate recovery: without the side effects of general anaesthesia.
- Continuous monitoring of vital signs throughout the procedure.
- Compatible with immediate loading: implants and prosthesis in the same session.

are routine here
Severe Bone Atrophy
Maxillas and mandibles with extreme bone loss are no longer a contraindication. Through advanced digital planning, angulated implants, All-on-X techniques and precision guides, we restore function and aesthetics where others cannot.
Full Arch in One Hour
Complete rehabilitation of a full arch — from extraction of the last tooth to the fixed provisional prosthesis — in a single surgical session. Digital planning makes possible what previously required weeks of waiting and multiple procedures.
