Digital planning is not a luxury. It is what separates predictable dentistry from dentistry that improvises.
At DDX Digital Dental Xperts we have built a 100% digital clinical workflow: from diagnosis with CBCT and intraoral scanner, to guided surgery with a printed surgical guide based on the virtual plan.
The clinical benefit is direct:
- Minimal invasion: we only intervene on the necessary tissue, planned to the millimetre in advance.
- Accelerated recovery: without over-intervention, the post-operative period is drastically reduced.
- Complete and predictable rehabilitation: the patient knows from the outset what to expect and when.

Digital Dental Xperts was founded with the aim of becoming a reference centre in implantology, oral surgery, advanced oral rehabilitation and digital dentistry.

The project is led by Dr. Juan Méndez, Dr. Manuel González Poyato and Eduardo Burger — three professionals who share the same vision of clinical excellence and continuous development.
Clinical leadership
Clinical leadership is shared by Dr. Juan Méndez and Dr. Manuel González Poyato, professionals with an extensive track record in oral implantology, advanced surgery, implant-prosthetic rehabilitation and the resolution of highly complex cases.
Dr. Juan Méndez brings decades of clinical experience in oral implantology, complex oral rehabilitation and the training of national and international professionals, being a benchmark in the treatment of advanced cases and in the application of highly predictable clinical protocols.
Alongside him, Dr. Manuel González Poyato, partner and co-clinical director of Digital Dental Xperts, contributes solid training in oral surgery, implantology and implant-prosthetic rehabilitation. A specialist in bone regeneration and advanced surgical techniques, he also stands out for his experience in digital dentistry, three-dimensional planning and guided surgery using Exocad® and Exoplan® systems.
His professional activity combines advanced clinical practice with an important teaching and training role. As a Straumann® Speaker, he actively participates in training programmes for dentists, sharing knowledge in digital implantology, surgical planning and advanced oral rehabilitation.
Strategic leadership
The strategic direction of the project is led by Eduardo Burger, whose business vision, organisational capacity and patient-experience focus are a fundamental part of the development of Digital Dental Xperts. His involvement ensures that clinical excellence is accompanied by efficient, close management oriented towards delivering the highest quality of care.
